HP had the need to illustrate a series of videos in which the new system to support resellers were explained.
We have represented a technical problem as a circular element between the different characters involved in the levels of assistance.
From corporate colors, we have created the characters based on a geometrical language suitable to the technological environment.
Afterwards, we had to represent care systems by the new TDP, remote and onsite, through a system of dialogues and avatars.
Using a broader palette while maintaining the range of blue brand, we illustrate the different scenes from the beginning of the technical incident until it is resolved by HP.
